Access
Just under 20 minutes drive to Bergerac's International airport which provides regular flights to London, Southampton, Manchester, Bristol, East Midlands, Bournemouth, Birmingham, Rotterdam, Brussels and Porto - and from where you can hire cars.
Bergerac also has its own train station taking passengers to St Emilion, Libourne, Bordeaux and Sarlat
Bordeaux airport is only a 90 minute drive away.

Interior
There are two entrances into the property. On entering you will appreciate the insulating features of the stone walls which keep the property cool in the warm summer months and warm in the winter - especially with the very effective and efficient wood-fired stove in the fitted kitchen / dining-room.

There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an ensuite bathroom - perfect for people who prefer not to use stairs. The other is next to a shower/ W.C. with washing-machine. Both rooms have wonderful views of the surrounding vineyards.

Upstairs there is a large mezzanine space with three singles beds leading to a further double bedroom (which could also be used as an office) plus bathroom. The mezzanine area is a great place for children to stay.

Exterior
The kitchen/dining area opens out to a large covered terrace with a built-in barbecue - perfect for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners and only a few steps to the enticing 11m x 5m swimming pool which has all new electrics and pump and is easy to manage. Whilst swimming you can enjoy the 360 degree views of mainly vineyards and fields - sometimes full of sunflowers beyond the well kept garden of sitting areas and fruit trees.
