The property is in a small hamlet just 2km or a 20min walk from Josselin.  It is a lovely location as you have the peace and privacy afforded by being in a hamlet, yet it is just a short drive or a leisurely walk into the centre of Josselin where there is the famous Château, the canal as well as a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.  The weekly fresh produce market runs throughout the year.

This is a particularly lovely beautiful part of Brittany to explore.  Vannes and the south coast is just under an hour away, the Foret de Broceliande is shrouded in myth and legend, and there are many pretty towns and villages, to explore - there’s always a market to be found somewhere nearby!  Access points from the UK are good as the ferry ports at St Malo, Roscoff, Caen and Le Harve are all an easy drive away and Rennes and Nantes are the closest airports.
