It is near the large National Park of Normandie-Maine/Perche .It's approximately 2- 3 hours from Caen Ferryport .It's located in a beautiful traditional agricultural area ,offering rural tranquility,walking and cycling.There are large;public bathing Lakes nearby with beaches open during hot summer months.
The chateau of the Loire valley are within an hour's drive,south of Le Mans..This area of the "Pays de loire" offers better summer weather than Normandy or Brittany which is further to the North and West of here .
The house has its own off road parking, a shower room and separate WC.The bedrooms are, one double ,one king size and one single bedrooms.Some bedding is available.Some shops are located two miles away in the next village.Each room haas electric convector heating and there is a log burning fireplace in the lounge.
Im looking for commited tennants who wish to re locate to this lovely part of France .Shorter tennancies by negotiation ! Pets are welcome,but the rental price will reflect differing needs.
