Hello everyone,
We are looking for the perfect people to rent out our house situated in the Tarn, France. This gorgeous house is available for rent from September 23 until mid July 24. This is an absolute perfect house would you wish to take a year off or just explore the area before you buy.
Our house is very dear to us. We will only accept applications from like minded people who take care of things, are highly tidy and clean, have a genuine respect for property and for the environment.
The house is truly lush and quite big in a rural area. It has a large parking area and a field. It is situated near a few small villages and towns. The main nearby big towns are Castres, Toulouse, Albi and Carcassonne. The smaller nearby towns are Revel and Puylaurens.
All the bills are included such as taxes, electricity, water, fuel, house insurance and broadband. You will be required to purchase some wood would you wish to use the fireplace.
You will be required to deal with an appointed estate agent to fill out the relevant paperwork when renting out a house. A deposit of £1500 is required at the beginning of your stay and will be fully reimbursed to you at the end of your stay once the appointed estate agent is happy with the general condition of the house. You will also be required to take an insurance in case of accident in the house etc...

I would prefer to rent out the house to a couple. I will consider having children in the house depending on ages. Rural areas can be dangerous and I don't feel I wish to take on this responsibility for the time being.
I have a highly trusted cleaner available for the price of 30 euros per hour would you wish to hire Audrey. This will be an agreement between yourself and Audrey.
And lastly, the house if fully furnished with all sheets and towels available.

Aguts 81470 Tarn Midi-Pyrenees
Aguts is 10 km from Revel, 6 km from Puylaurens, 50 km from Toulouse and Carcasonne, 70 km from Albi.

Access
The airports Toulouse and Carcassone are 50 minutes drive from the house.

Interior
The interior is beautiful. The main kitchen is open plan and features a large kitchen table with breakfast area.
The main bedroom is from a romance novel due to its size and decor.

Exterior
The exterior is clean but dated. The house is in grey concrete just like it was done back in the days when farmhouses were renovated.

Additional Details
There is a barbecue area outside and patio furniture available. We may also have some space for storage.
