The taller section is 90% finished and offers a lounge on the ground floor, a large room that would make a great master bedroom, a half finished ensuite bathroom, and then another large room above that could make another great bedroom. The large arched doorway gives onto a room with granite paved floor and would make a great entrance hall.

At the entrance to the estate, there is a group of buildings comprising of 2 small farmhouses and a barn, all in masoned stone and dating from around 1719, to be fully renovated.

Opposite the house is a large stone barn, currently in use as a workshop and a small house still in masoned stone, but with a good roof and concrete floor. Behind the workshop is another masoned stone longere comprising of 2 old dwellings, one with a roof in good condition, the other without and another barn without roof

To the side of the manor house is an old cider cellar, currently used for storing firewood, a boiler room and with a nice well in front. Also on the land is a concrete based hanger of around 800m²
