The house also has more than one hectare of land. The U-shaped farmhouse is articulated around a courtyard which can accommodate four vehicles. The L-shaped house is followed by a shed to which the barn is perpendicularly attached. You enter the house through a large living room of 50 square meters, the central room of the house. Advantage / disadvantage: there are two separate sleeping areas articulated on either side of the large living room. The property was the subject of a renovation started in 2000 and not completely completed to date. The house is heated by a recent air-water heat pump with underfloor heating as well as by an insert (cladding to be finished). There is still some finishing work to be done (complete the fitting out of the studio, cladding of a stone wall, waterproofing of the terrace, etc.). The sanitation is not compliant. The property has numerous outbuildings including a beautiful barn in good condition. Also note the presence of a large outbuilding which constitutes both a henhouse and a protected storage space equipped with water and electricity. A well is also present and supplies several taps scattered across the property. The terrain is steep. It is partly delimited by a pretty river with tree-lined banks. The house is not completely insulated. There is a close neighbor. The property is located near (3 kilometers) a village with numerous shops, schools, doctors, etc.
